Activities in Rosarito - Bike Rides Además del atractivo natural que representa la costa de Rosarito, los turistas son atraídos por los más de 30 eventos anuales, específicamente diseñados para la participación de los visitantes. El tradicional paseo Ciclista Rosarito – Ensenada, ha atraído miles de participantes cada año volviéndose tan popular que ahora se cuenta con dos paseos, uno en Abril y el original que se realiza en Septiembre.

Competencias de motocicletas de tres ruedas en la famosas dunas de Cantamar en Primo Tapia, bi- y triatlones, carreras de 5Km y 10Km, torneos de voleibol de playa, concursos de castillos de arena y los paseos a caballo son algunos de los atractivos de Rosarito, aunado a las más de 500 tiendas para la adquisición de recuerdos. También encontrará un mercado de artesanías con más de 150 tiendas donde podrá adquirir joyería de plata esterlina, artículos de piel, cobijas, cerámica y muchas otras artesanías de todo México.

El poblado de Puerto Nuevo sólo 15 minutos al sur de Rosarito, se ha hecho famoso por su langosta, servida con arroz, frijoles refritos y tortillas de harina recién hechas. Los restaurantes de Rosarito, incluyendo aquellos en Puerto Nuevo suman arriba de 100 y ofrecen desde Tradicional Comida Mexicana, Americana y Continental a China, Italiana y Francesa. Esta abundancia de excelentes opciones motiva el regreso de los visitantes año con año.

Surfeo
La franja costera de Rosarito ofrece posibilidades ilimitadas para la diversión y el esparcimiento, con más de 45Km de magníficas costas, playas amplias y espectaculares vistas. En otras palabras, la costa de Rosarito es un patio interminable.

Golf
Si el golf es su deporte, tenemos dos excelentes campos en la región, el más cercano siendo Real del Mar sólo 10 minutos al norte de Rosarito por la carretera de cuota a Tijuana. También puede visitar Bajamar que algunos han llamado “Pebble Beach South” y es fácil ver por qué, con su “Océano Nine” donde podrá disfrutar de los mejores paisajes a lo largo de los acantilados.

Xploration.
Construido originalmente para la épica película “Titanic” de James Cameron, Fox Studios Baja constituye un complejo de producción completo con algunos de los escenarios y tanques de filmación más grandes del mundo. El complejo tiene capacidad para todo tipo de producción cinematográfica.

Ubicado junto a Xploration fue concebido como un parque temático que ofrece al público la oportunidad de ir tras bambalinas en un estudio cinematográfico, donde puede aprender de primera mano sobre el proceso de producción de una forma interesante e interactiva.

Las atracciones incluyen sets de filmación, espacios de preparación y exhibiciones en donde los visitantes pueden aprender acerca de la magia en la realización del cine.

Pesca.
La mejor pesca se encuentra en el área de Ensenada, aproximadamente a 45 minutos de Rosarito. Este importante puerto cuenta con varios servicios de pesca deportiva, el mayor es Sergio’s Fishing y El Gordo Fishing, ambos tienen excursiones saliendo diariamente.  Además también ofrecen carnada y curricánes, alimentos y bebidas con un costo adicional.

Centro Cultural Tijuana.
A tan solo 20 minutos de Rosarito en la vecina ciudad de Tijuana, el Centro Cultural Tijuana (CECUT) ofrece y alberga una enorme variedad de exhibiciones de arte, una sala de cine IMAX con películas en Inglés o Español así como el Museo de Las Californias, donde usted puede aprender la historia de nuestra región.

In addition to the natural appeal of Rosarito’s coastline, tourists are
attracted by the more than 30 yearly events, specifically designed for
the visitor’s participation. The traditional Rosarito – Ensenada Bike
Ride, has drawn thousands of participants yearly growing so popular
that there are now two rides, one in April and the original held in
September.

Three wheeler competitions held on the famous
Cantamar sand dunes in Primo Tapia, bi- and triathlons, 5K and 10K
runs, beach volleyball tournaments, sand castle contests and horseback
riding are among the attractions in Rosarito. In addition to the nearly
500 shops for the acquisition of souvenirs you can also find a
handcrafts market with over 150 different shops where you can buy
sterling silver jewelry, leather goods, blankets pottery and many other
handcrafts from all over Mexico.

The fishing village of
Puerto Nuevo just 15 minutes south of Rosarito proper has become famous
for its fresh lobster, fried and served with rice, refried beans and
homemade flour tortillas. Rosarito’s restaurants, including those in

Mexican, American and Continental Cuisine to Chinese, Italian and
French. This abundance of great dining options prompts the return of
